Duration

28 days of intensive foundational training in the Himalayan foothills.

Eligibility

Ages 18–45, sound health, run 3 km in 15 minutes, medical fitness certificate.

Course Fee

₹15,000 covering training, equipment and lodging during the course.

What you will learn

The curriculum blends rock craft, ice craft, snow craft and high-altitude theory with daily practice in the mountains.
